MisGenie provides AI agents and workflow automation that draft messages, prepare responses, and propose actions. Outbound messages, live communications, and external write operations are never sent automatically: every outbound item requires explicit human review and confirmation in your workspace console or inbox. Outbound tools are never put in auto-confirm.
MisGenie plans are a flat monthly price or a price per employee, billed yearly, exactly as shown on the pricing page; Sovereign is agreed by contract. An employee is anyone active on payroll or attendance in the month. The Hazir assistant is in preview and is not charged on any plan today. A plan may be canceled for the end of its term without penalty.
The number of HR, finance, IT and admin users who sign in is never priced. Each company's data is held in its own isolated schema, with database rules that decide who may see each salary, and every signed-in person sees only what their role allows.
You retain full ownership of all uploaded documents, policies, employee records and operational records. You may export your complete workspace archive or permanently close your workspace at any time. We never use your proprietary data to train foundation models.
